Making crepes is not as easy as it looks, as they are far TOO many variables to take into account: the ambient air temperature, water temperature, mix storage, age of the mix itself, type of blender you use, length of mixing etc. etc. Our recipe instructions have been proven time after time, however we recommend persevering until you find a consistency that you are happy with, as it can also differ from one machine to the other (depending on the seasoning of the machine, its age, power supply etc.). And remember: having the mix to ‘rest’ for a bit (30min-1h) before using is is always best.
