Returns & Refunds
At Pancake World we take issues of customer service seriously. If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect items, we will ensure you are accurately compensated. Please read all the following information if you are unsure of your options.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
Items should be returned new, unused and complete with all components and their original packaging intact. We regret that any items received that are not in a sellable condition will be returned to you. All returns will be inspected and a refund for the product(s) processed within 7 days of receipt of the parcel at our warehouse. This excludes non-stock items i.e. items that are brought in at special request. Note that we charge a 25% restocking charge for all gas & electrical items.
Please note ready made food items MAY NOT BE RETURNED due to heath issues.
We recommend that you return the goods by registered post so that you have proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels going missing during transit.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS UPON ARRIVAL
If your goods arrive faulty/damaged, you must contact us within 36h of receipt of the items.
Our products are manufactured and inspected to the highest standards. If, however, your item develops a fault please contact customer services via our ‘Contact Us’ page. Refunds/exchanges are subject to reasonable expectation of performance and fair use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

***FROZEN DELIVERIES***
We cannot accept any liability for your order arriving damaged as a result of the email or text notifications from DPD informing you of the delivery slot being ignored, or for any other reasons coming from your end, including some wrong address or contact details being entered at checkout. The frozen food would have likely thawed by the time the second delivery attempt is made the following day.
Please KINDLY PAY ATTENTION TO THESE NOTIFICATIONS as no refunds or returns will be made nor accepted.
