Souplesse is one of the most versatile coatings
You can use Souplesse to coat, dip or flood your donuts and churros. With just a few minor tweaks, you can even turn it into a ganache or mirror glaze.
What makes Souplesse special is that it works with both refrigeration and freezing processes. The special blend of fats used creates a flexible and stable product that does not crack or break off your bakery product.
Souplesse is easy to work with – the tub can be quickly heated in the microwave in just a few minutes. This process can be repeated without compromising the quality, enabling you to use only the amount you need at any given time. We only use RSPO segregated certified palm oil and Rainforest Alliance certified cocoa.
- Melt Souplesse in a chocolate enrobing machine or in the microwave (max. 500 Watt) until a temperature of 45-50°C is reached.
- Once the desired thickness has been achieved, Souplesse can be simply applied at a temperature between 30 and 40 °C.
- Once the coating is applied, it is highly recommended to chill or freeze the product down. Cooling will also enhance the shine!
