Parcel Tracking Queries
When you placed your order you would have received a parcel tracking Email or SMS (Check in your junk email if you can’t find it). Go to DPD Parcel Tracking to find out when your parcel will arrive, or to make alternative delivery arrangements.
Pallet Tracking
Only heavy and bulk goods are shipped by pallet. Please confirm that your order used Palletised Shipping before trying to track, it may have been sent with Parcel Shipping using DPD instead. Unfortunately, when shipping pallets, we do not have the same ability to track your delivery. If your palletised order is late or didn’t arrive when expected, please call our Palletised Shipping partner, Pallet Plus on 01206 580 390.
