Stok has developed a very clever ROTATING hopper mechanism, so as to take the hopper away from the fryer when the oil is hot and the machine will not produce donuts for a while. In this way the batter in the nozzles and hopper is protected from the heat below & won’t ‘over-proof’. Please enquire for prices (around £300+vat). This can be adapted to ANY Stok donut machine. - Gas consumption LPG 650 grams/hour
- Note the dimensions of all dual fuel models MPG3, MPG2-1 and MPG2-2: 120 x56 x 84 cm, 73 kg, so a touch bigger & heavier than the electric models
- These only come with a Left to Right orientation, and with the motor on the FRONT of the machine.
Further notes on DUAL FUEL Machines:
The oil can be heated by either the gas (LPG) heater, the electric heater, or both simultaneously for a faster start-up. The pistons and the donut transport mechanism require electrical power of 200W to operate. If an electric network is not available, the machine can also be powered by a battery (12V; 60-100 ah). The battery must be connected via an inverter. You can order one separately (it would have to be 650 VA or similar). We recommend you purchase a battery locally.
