The original donut mix from Donoco, brought to you by Pancake World. Ideal for the pro kitchen, outside catering, kiosks or cafés.
Each 12.5Kg bag is enough for roughly 250 large donuts or 500 small ring donuts.

- 1Weigh out required amount of dry donut mix, add to mixing bowl.
- 2Select beater attachment.
- 3Measure required amount of water.
- 4Add slowly to the dry mix and mix for 1 minute on slow speed, scrape down.
- 5Mix for a further 2 minutes on medium speed.
- 6Allow to stand for 10-15 minutes before use.
- 7Fill donut hopper.
- 8Fry donuts at 195°C / 380°F for 45 seconds per side.
- 9Allow to stand for a further 90 seconds before serving.

Storage Instructions
In a cool dry place away from direct sunlight, between 10-30°C. Once open store in an airtight container. Shelf life after opening: 180 days.
