What are ‘Secondhand Griddles’? These are reconditioned & serviced machines which deserve a second life. In this case, these two griddles didn’t need much work at all, and have had new thermostatic valves & now igniters fitted, by default, even though it might not have been necessary. They have light cosmetic & wear & tear marks however they work exactly has they should and might only need a light re-seasoning to get going. They were quite dusty, hence the marks on the plates.
