- Add water only.
- Cooking instructions: add water to mix in a mixing bowl.
- Cook for 90 seconds at 170C-190C, depending on appliances.
- Shelf life (from manufacture): 9-12 months unopened in a cool dry place.
- Keeps for 2-3 days in refrigerator once rehydrated.
- This mix is absolutely mouth-watering and will deliver CONSISTENT taste and flavour every time.
- Yield: About 450 medium size churros per 12.5kg bag (125 x 100g portions).
- Store in a cool, dry place.
Mixing Guidance:
Mix 1kg of mix into 800ml of water > Mix on slow speed for 2 minutes using a dough hook attachment. > Fry Churros at 180°C for 2 minutes

Storage Instructions
In a cool dry place away from direct sunlight, between 10-30°C. Once open store in an airtight container. Shelf life after opening: 180 days.
