Each STOK Donut machine is designed for optimal productivity with easy operation, maintenance, and cleaning. We offer high-end automatic and value manual machines.
DUAL FUEL: The oil can be heated using LPG gas only, electricity only (32amp*), or both simultaneously. The two motors driving the pistons and the elevator require electrical power. If no mains electricity is available, they can be powered by a battery (12V; 60-100 Ah) connected to an inverter.
*Note that although the machine comes with a 32amp plug, we have had some of these used with 16amp plugs before and they worked absolutely fine. We had it confirmed with STOK themselves. It is simply an EU requirement which says they should have a larger 32amp commando plug when delivered, that’s all.
WHAT DOES ‘BRAND NEW – DEMO’ MEAN: This machine was literally used 3 times, That’s all. It is brand-spanking new, and has had a professional clean. It is fully functional and still comes with 6 months’ manufacturer’s warranty. Enjoy a bargain now! The machine also comes with a rotating hoper (an option worth £300+vat), allowing you to ‘swing’ the hopper away from the hot oil whilst not in use, preventing the mix from drying out in the hopper.
ORIENTATION: The machine has the chain motor on the rear, meaning that the ideal operating orientation is from LEFT TO RIGHT.
SHIPPING: It will come fully palletised in its own wooden box for safety in transit. It is heavy mind (about 85 kilos), and will require two people to move.

Stok has developed a very clever ROTATING hopper mechanism, so as to take the hopper away from the fryer when the oil is hot and the machine will not produce donuts for a while. In this way the batter in the nozzles and hopper is protected from the heat below & won’t ‘over-proof’. Please enquire for prices (around £300+vat). This can be adapted to ANY Stok donut machine. Other specifications for DUAL FUEL machines (all models, i.e. Mini or Regular donuts):
- Gas consumption LPG 650 grams/hour
- Note the dimensions of all dual fuel models MPG3, MPG2-1 and MPG2-2: 120 x56 x 84 cm, 73 kg, so a touch bigger & heavier than the electric models
- These only come with a Left to Right orientation, and with the motor on the FRONT of the machine.
Further notes on DUAL FUEL Machines:
The oil can be heated by either the gas (LPG) heater, the electric heater, or both simultaneously for a faster start-up. The pistons and the donut transport mechanism require electrical power of 200W to operate. If an electric network is not available, the machine can also be powered by a battery (12V; 60-100 ah). The battery must be connected via an inverter. You can order one separately (it would have to be 650 VA or similar). We recommend you purchase a battery locally.
