Combining a large capacity 9 litre single tank and variable heat control, the DF36 Lincat countertop fryer is a fantastic choice for the professional kitchen with limited space. Able to fry up to 26kg of chips (from chilled) per hour, the Lincat has truly impressive commercial performance for its size, freeing up more of your kitchen for other tasks.

The UK-made DF36 fryer has some fantastic time-saving features. From the strong easy-clean stainless steel construction and hinging elements to the front-mounted drain valve, the Lincat makes it much easier to clean and maintain the fryer. The DF36 is also supplied with a stainless steel lid as standard, helping to protect both the oil and unit whilst not in use.
