Professional Training Modules


Like most businesses in the world this year, we’ve had to adapt to new, challenging trading conditions and re-invent ourselves. Hence why we will be offering 2 types of training modules from the 4th January 2021: 

Each Virtual Training Module contains our precious knowledge in the form of Training Manuals, followed by FREE, one-to-one, 60min ZOOM meetings. And, on top of reducing our training prices significantly, we increased the initial-order training discount from 10% to 15%! 
Note that this new ‘distance-learning’ training method is no less intricate or meaningful. Those modules took us a while to produce and you will gain invaluable THEORETICAL knowledge about your business or the industry in general, some accounting, margin & cost calculations, equipment & supplies, portion control, health & safety or even food hygiene. Nothing was left out, and the addition of our PRACTICAL sections (all different for crepes, waffles, barista, or milkshakes) will make for a very well spent purchase.

Each Social Distanced Training Module will be conducted using masks and appropriate hand-washing facilities etc. It will also be limited to 2 people maximum and carried out on SATURDAYS only, so as to limit contacts with our own bakery staff working Monday-Friday.
Note that we have sold such THEORETICAL & PRACTICAL courses for over 6 years now, training people from all continents. Sessions are very thorough & quite intense, with a lot of hands-on activities as well as a good dose of academical business knowledge. As per the Virtual sessions on offer, candidates receive our very own manuals and get to learn a lot about the industry in general, the best accounting methods, margin & cost calculations, equipment & supplies, portion control, health & safety or even food hygiene.
