Professional Training Modules


Each Social Distanced Training Module will be conducted using masks and appropriate hand-washing facilities etc. It will also be limited to 2 people maximum and carried out on SATURDAYS only, so as to limit contacts with our own bakery staff working Monday-Friday.

Note that we have sold such THEORETICAL & PRACTICAL courses for over 6 years now, training people from all continents. Sessions are very thorough & quite intense, with a lot of hands-on activities as well as a good dose of academical business knowledge. As per the Virtual sessions on offer, candidates receive our very own manuals and get to learn a lot about the industry in general, the best accounting methods, margin & cost calculations, equipment & supplies, portion control, health & safety or even food hygiene.
