A popular choice for caterers is our Luxury French Crêpe Mix. This traditional crêpe mix was developed by French Expert Crepe Maker Loic Moinon. Moreover, it’s the only crepe mix with an authentic French flavour and texture. With several years of experience in catering, our mix has been perfected for use on all types of crêpe griddles and pans. Therefore, guaranteeing you a perfect crêpe every time. All you have to do is add water (and butter substitute, if desired), and you will have authentic tasting French crêpes in minutes!

This mix is absolutely mouth-watering and also contains a small amount of buckwheat flour for a truly Traditional Brittany taste.

• Makes between 15-18 large crepes per kilo (up to 225 crepes per 12.5kg bag)
• 12-15 Months shelf life from production date
• Keeps for 2 days in refrigerator once rehydrated
• Mixing Instructions: Use 1.25l to 1.5l of cold water for 1kg of dry mix. Add 150ml butter substitute if desired.
