-The Bubl. ‘Graphic Pack’ with vector graphic images for you to use in conjunction with the FA.
-The Bubl. Kiosk Design Pack (Development cost: £1100+vat), complete with High res. Kiosk Technical Drawings & 3D views, & a proper work schedule for the chosen contractor to build the unit.
-Access to your own Bubl. Website, space, including hosting & domain name (Development cost: £1500+vat)
-Help with the setup of your own Ltd company & vat affairs if needed
-Full Bubl. Packaging Design Pack (Development cost: £800+vat)

-1 day In-House Crepe/Waffle/Milkshake/ Training for 3 people worth £1445+vat (we run a pancake/waffle training studio near Cardiff), with focus on forecasts, P&L, recruitment, margins, financials etc., and the making of the goods obviously!
-2 year Profit & Loss Forecasts
-2 year Cash Flow Forecasts
-A brand new EPOSNOW system (worth £1500+vat)
Complete with the operator screen + 10in marketing screen, 1x cash drawer, 2x receipt printers, on-site training course by EPOSNOW.
-Access to preferential tariffs from leading suppliers including Bubl. Distribution Ltd & Pancake World Ltd, i.e. with greater discounts on batter mixes, accessories, packaging, griddles etc.

Ongoing Telephone/Email support when necessary & according to FA.

What is left to be done after I have bought the ‘Start-up Franchise Package’ from Pancake World?
-Liaise with a company to build the kiosk. We can help you there as we have many contacts in the industry. Cost to build the 3mx5m unit should be contained between £20k-£25k+vat and should take about 6-8 weeks, within which you will have to:
-Liaise with shopping center(s) & find a suitable location.
-Pay rent deposits and sort legal contracts with all parties.
-Purchase all the equipment (about £15k+vat) & initial stock supplies.
-Register with health authorities & open suitable trade & bank accounts.
-Recruit & Train Staff.
-Open for business!
-Note on Royalties: receive a big boost in the form of a 50% discount: royalties will only be charged 2.5% of gross sales in the first year of trading, as opposed to the full 5% charged thereafter.
Total Cost for a Turn-Key Solution from Initial concept purchase to opening date: About £50-60k+vat including starting capital. Estimated Return on Investment (ROI) Forecast for the acquirer/operator: ½ year – 2 years only.

This is your TURN-KEY solution, excluding your initial working capital, rent deposits, ingredients, & packaging supplies.
What is left to be done after I have bought the Turn-Key ‘Operating Franchise’ from Pancake World?
-Liaise with shopping center(s) & find a suitable location (use the 6-8 weeks to build the kiosk to do that). We’ll help you with that of course. Cardiff St Davids is literally ready to go for an opening in March 2018!
-Register with health authorities & open suitable trade & bank accounts.
-Recruit & Train Staff
-Open for business!
