Apart from the occasional cleaning using an abrasive stone, your griddles do NOT require any further cleaning. You will need to clean the frame (body) of the griddles after each event/market or after each shift in your shop, but as far as the cast iron plate is concerned, it only needs to be cleaned using a round griddle greaser with greaser pads between each crepe. We suggest you clean your equipment with an abrasive stone every day, and possibly re-season your griddle every 6 months or so.
