We have produced Training Courses for over 10 years now, training people from all over the world. Sessions are very thorough and quite intense, with a lot of hands-on practice as well as a good dose of academical content and business knowledge. With great care & method, we take participants through training requirements, equipment and supplies, shop flow and layout, health & safety, food hygiene etc., but also margin and cost calculations or portion control.
New to Autumn 2024:
We are currently changing their way we operate and will propose a set of training courses IN SITU (i.e. in your premises), starting from Octobre 2024. The courses will be for Crepe & Waffle making only.
The pre-requisites will be:
-Training 2 people minimum – 4 people maximum
-Having at least 1 crepe griddle or waffle iron in place
-Having bought a few supplies to get the session going
